1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using Buz Score (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
3. Pro upgrade
Buz Score Pro is a one-time, non-recurring in-app purchase processed by Apple. Once unlocked, Pro is tied to the Apple ID that made the purchase and can be restored on devices signed in to the same Apple ID.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
- Use the App in violation of applicable laws.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the App.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Match data, statistics and fair-play indicators are intended as guidance only.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buz Score and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
