1. Summary
Buz Score is a privacy-first iOS app:
- No account, no login, no profile creation.
- All team rosters and match data live only on your device.
- We do not run our own analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
- The only data that leaves your device is what Apple needs to process a Pro purchase.
2. Data we store on your device
The following information is saved locally to make the app work, using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage:
- Your coach name (used to personalize the dashboard).
- Teams you create, including team name, color and roster details.
- Players you add: name, jersey number, position and availability.
- Match records: opponent name, score, format, date, and minutes-played per player.
- App preferences such as appearance mode and accent color.
- Whether you have purchased Buz Score Pro.
This data is yours. It never leaves your iPhone or iPad unless you explicitly share or export it.
3. Data we do not collect
- We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number or location.
- We do not assign you a user ID or device identifier.
- We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics frameworks.
- We do not have a backend server that receives your roster or match data.
4. Purchases
Buz Score Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system using StoreKit. When you buy or restore the upgrade, Apple processes the transaction directly. Buz Score only receives a verified entitlement that says "this device has Pro" — we never see your Apple ID, payment method, or billing address.

5. Crash logs and diagnostics
If you have opted in to share diagnostic data with Apple at the system level, iOS may forward anonymized crash and performance logs to Apple, who may share them with us as the developer. These logs do not contain your roster or match data. You can disable this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
6. Children's privacy
Buz Score is intended for use by coaches, parents and team managers. The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Player names entered into a roster stay on the coach's device and are never transmitted to us.
7. Your rights and control
- Delete a team or match from inside the app to remove its data immediately.
- Reset everything from Settings → Reset all data.
- Uninstall Buz Score to wipe all locally stored data.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy in a meaningful way, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, surface a notice inside the app.
